Dive the legendary Elphinstone Reef, consistently ranked among the top 10 dive sites in the world. This offshore reef rises from the deep blue like an underwater mountain, its walls blanketed in spectacular soft corals, gorgonian sea fans, and massive sponges in every color imaginable. The reef's north and south plateaus are famous for encounters with oceanic whitetip sharks — one of the most thrilling experiences in diving. Your PADI-certified dive guide leads you along the wall, where you'll spot napoleon wrasse, barracuda schools, moray eels, and large groupers. Keep an eye on the blue — oceanic whitetips, hammerhead sharks, and manta rays are regular visitors to the reef.
